Apparently, there are five hair goals that you need to choose from and there 5 optimal dates each month for that concrete goal. When you know your goals you just cut your hair using that the blunt-snip technique where you cut less than an inch of your hair. The goals are: strength, thicken, length, root work and beauty. There are usually not one but several days for each goal, so it’s a bit easier to plan your hair cutting. You can choose any date of those recommended, but remember that the middle one usually is the strongest. Internet is full of lunar hair care charts and calendars and I don’t doubt that there are apps to help you keep track of your lunar hair care too.
